in Japanese Studies and, after graduating from the University of London, she lived in Japan for a number of years.
Dawn
spent a year studying at Karlstad University in Sweden as part of her degree in Scandinavian Studies.
She moved to Denmark in the 1990s, where she gained a high level of proficiency in Danish.
Mark
has a degree in Scandinavian Studies,
a diploma in English Language Studies and a postgraduate diploma in Applied Linguistics.
She graduated from the University of Hull in 1993 and went on to spend four years as an in-house translator for a Danish-based company before setting up ADDAM with the rest of the team.
Before training as a translator, he taught business English in Italy, Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
Mark specialises in advertising, marketing and tourism texts, among others.

Angharad
has a
BA Hons in modern languages (Swedish and German) from the University of Wales and an MA in Translation from the University of Surrey.
She also studied at Mälardalens Högskola in Västerås, Sweden.
Before ADDAM, she worked as an in-house translator in Lancaster and with a translation company in Coventry.
